In this program, I lead you through my marketing framework. We start working at the foundation - who you help and what you help them with - and build from there. While everyone follows the same pathway, what the sessions look like are is personalized for you, with a focus on what you and your business need most.

Perhaps you might need less help with your messaging, but want more support confronting obstacles you encounter promoting yourself and your business or patterns of hiding that keep showing up.

Or maybe you might need more help crafting key messages and less support bringing those to various marketing channels.

You might need equal parts of both. In our first call, we spend time establishing goals for our work together and check in frequently to readjust where needed. Sometimes clients come in thinking they need help with their messaging, but as we continue to work together, it becomes clear there are deeper issues to address. Everyone works through this at their own pace, and having me there to guide you along the path means you don’t have to worry about what you need to focus on and when. You get exactly what you need.

EVERYone moves through this process at their own pace.

The clearer you are on your ideal client, as well as your own essential self, the more quickly you can create meaningful marketing messages and a plan to support your business. But, if you don’t have as much clarity as you’d like, please don’t worry.

Going through this program often helps people refine their ideal clients as well as their messages, as well as where they’ll be most effective at marketing initially. 

Sometimes people don’t have a website and so when we get to that point, we focus on building an effective site, that gets your message across and can function as the face of your business. Other people have websites, but they need to be tweaked. We move through the process at the pace that makes the most sense for you and for what your business needs.

For example, in this type of program, I’ve helped clients move past all kinds of blocks and fears.

For example, I’ve helped some clients overcome money blocks - fear of others what others will think of their pricing, both as being way too high or way too low, and all the imagined consequences.

I’ve helped them overcome fear - fear of others’ seeing them as too greedy, too pushy, too sales-y, too shallow, etc. in their marketing. Fear of sharing their voice through speaking or writing about their most tender truths, their true likes, their quirky sense of humor, and more.

This program lets you get the support you need over time. That’s why the package contains the number of sessions it does (12) and is structured with flexibility.

It won’t do you any good to get great messages put together but then find yourself stuck and not promoting your business or your work because old patterns are holding you back.

A Highly Personalized Program

This program is a highly customized approach to helping you market your coaching, healing or creative business, allowing you to reach and work with your ideal clients in a way you love, that’s natural and is built upon your distinctive gifts and passions.

We’ll meet together on a regular basis - twice a month or weekly. I recommend looking at your schedule and determine the cadence that will keep the momentum focused while allowing time for integrating and moving forward on objectives between calls.

All of our sessions are recorded, and you’ll have access to the cloud recordings for downloading, so you can go back and refer to what we covered at any time. I’ll send you a link after each call so you can download them to your personal computer to have permanent access.

Your Guide

I spent much of my life looking for home. Now I want to help others find theirs.

My search for home was both literal (I lived in 15 different places across three continents over the past several decades) and metaphorical. For a long time, I lived life dedicated to learning all the rules, hoping to finally fit in. Until one day I realized that feeling at home is something I needed to find within.

Now, I know that when I’m being most unique individual self - claiming my essence, fulfilling my purpose, using all of my gifts and talents and my voice - rather than fitting in, this is when I feel most at home.

In this program, I bring my two primary skill sets together - marketing and intuitive coaching. I help you implement effective marketing strategies through expert guidance, and I offer powerful coaching to help you remove any obstacles and blocks you encounter as you step into fully marketing your business as your essential, authentic self. 

Certified Coach

As part of my own journey, I left my corporate marketing job to become a coach. Several years ago, I completed an in-depth coach training program, and then went on to become a Martha Beck Certified Wayfinder Life Coach. Since then, I’ve spent hundreds of hours coaching individuals, creatives, and other coaches, helping them remove obstacles and align their marketing businesses, writing and lives to their soul-selves. 

Experienced Marketer

I spent 15 years as a Director in a company in the talent mobility industry, working with some of the world’s largest companies.  I spent the last several years of my corporate career as a Director, Global Marketing and Communications, where I created campaigns, events, and programs designed to increase customer engagement. I was also responsible for creating a harmonized content strategy, signature program content, and for overseeing copy development.

I bring all those marketing skills to my work now, helping business owners break down the mysteries of marketing and create a simple, easy way for them to feel more confident and get out in the world, connecting with others and talking about their programs and services.

• Twelve (12) 75 - minute individual sessions that include, depending on your needs and where exactly you are at with your business and marketing, some, or all, of the following:

  • Discovery sessions where we explore you, your story, your ideal client, and your current marketing practices and struggles

We don't just spend time on calls. When you write materials, you get my expert feedback.

Using collaborative Google docs, so I can give you very specific feedback, I spend time going over your materials. I help you make real improvements so you're not alone in writing or left wondering if what you’re putting together makes sense.

This works really well - even if you hate writing - because I can get your voice, and then help polish it into something clear and powerful without losing *you* in the process.

• Session recordings

You get access to cloud-based recordings of our calls that can be downloaded to your computer for permanent access. 

We cover a lot in our calls. Sometimes we go deep, and other times we go wide. Often it’s a lot to absorb in one go. We brainstorm content, improvements, ideas, insights.

And when you go off to work on creating content or updating collateral, for example, it’s nice to be able to review the details of what we discussed. These recordings let you re-absorb ideas that emerged from our sessions whenever you’d like. 

• ONE SOS emergency phone call for on-the-spot support 

I’m not only available for our scheduled meetings. You also get to reach out to me if anything urgent that comes up between sessions. 

This works well because you can’t always schedule when you’re going to need extra support. As you take steps to increase your visibility with your business and your authentic self, things might come up. You might get stuck. 

If that happens, we’ll hop on the phone and talk through whatever’s going on. You’ll get the help you need without having to wait until our next call.
